To help you achieve better sleep-quickly and affordably, I'm opening a 30min one-off call to everyone- usually only existing clients! An amazing opportunity to have a 30min 1:1 call with us, to help you nail naps and nighttime!

Cancellation Policy

To change your booking, please give us at least 12hours notice. All 1:1 Consultations are subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion, as follows: -If cancelled within less than 72hours, a 50% charge applies -If cancelled within less than 24hours, we reserve the right to charge 100%
