Service Description

We start this package by sending a Consultation Form for you to complete. We then have an hours phone call for us to go through your consultation form together in depth, and map your needs to come up with a personalised program that is both comfortable and effective for your family, to achieve better sleep. You will then receive your Personalised Sleep Plan that walks you through each stage. You'll also have an additional follow up call or email after to answer any questions or tweak any future routines etc. To get started on your sleep journey, please book your Consultation phone call here. Cancellation Policy

To change your booking, please give us at least 12hours notice. All 1:1 Consultations are subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion, as follows: -If cancelled within less than 72hours, a 50% charge applies -If cancelled within less than 24hours, we reserve the right to charge 100%
