Hello! I'm so glad you found us to help you on your sleep journey!
If you're after some parent-to-parent expert sleep solutions for you and your little one- I've got you! A judgement-free space to get your family the sleep you need. I'm with you every step of the way!
As a certified Sleep Consultant, and mum of two, I understand the importance of sleep for the whole family. My mission is to make sleep help accessible to everyone with our free help on our Blog, our Good Sleep Guides, or bespoke 1:1 Support.
In 2021, I trained as a Meditation Practitioner, and over the past year I have expanded this with a Mindfulness for Children Diploma and Meditation Teacher Diploma, as well a NLP for Children, which I find incredibly useful in my work as a Sleep Consultant.

Good Sleep Guides & Personalised Sleep Plans
Straight forward and affordable (from £20!), our Good Sleep Guides are instant downloads to work through at your own pace.
Covering everything to achieve better sleep, including sleep science and settling techniques, along with age-appropriate suggested routines, we are making sleep help available to everyone.
Our comprehensive Good Sleep Guides are emailed as a PDF to refer to as often as needed.

If you would like a more personalised approach, after completing a Consultation form, we will have a call to go over it together in depth. We will map your needs to come up with a personalised program that is both comfortable and effective for your family, to achieve better sleep. You will then receive your comprehensive Personalised Sleep Plan, with everything you need to implement it. With varying levels of on-going support, you can choose the right fit for your family. This is a one-off call, open to new and existing clients, to overcome a specific sleep challenge, such as early waking or a routine change, or to ask a question after purchasing a Good Sleep Guide, or a 1:1 package.
We can also offer this on a regular basis to stay on top of routine changes etc, once you have completed a 1:1 package.
You'll receive an email summarising our call after, with a route forward.
