WHAT DOES A SLEEP CONSULTANT DO?
A good Sleep Consultant can change your life! After a full assessment, we can identify what changes you need to make to your child’s routine, create a plan to help your child settle (and stay!) asleep, and be responsive to your little one during the support period, changing anything we feel will help sleep.

WHAT IS SLEEP TRAINING?
Although there are many ways to sleep train a baby, we adopt a more gentle approach with our methods, fully supporting your little one throughout with out 1:1 plans

DO YOU USE CRY-IT-OUT/FERBER METHOD?
No, we do not use this methods- or any other methods where you leave your child to cry on their own to sleep. We always follow our gentle approach of sleep training, which supports your little one fully.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOUR METHODS WORK?
Although the timeframe is different for each baby, we usually see changes in the babies we work with in as little as a few days, and most by around 5-7 nights. From starting working with most families, to a baby who self-settles, sleeps most of the night and has good naps, is typically around 2 weeks.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY 1:1 CONSULTATION?
Once we have spoken and are happy to work together, we will send you a Consultation form to find out as much information as possible ahead of our call, which must be returned beforehand. We may ask you to complete a sleep diary too so we can review it and discuss your goals, and the best way forward between us.
DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?
Currently most of our consultations are carried out remotely, over phone call. With restrictions easing, we are able to arrange a face to face consultation if required, but rest assured remote consultations are just as effective, and we work with clients all around the world.
HOW DO I KNOW WE ARE SUITABLE TO WORK WITH YOU?
Before committing to a 1:1 Personlised Sleep Plan, we will have a free, no obligation consultation to ensure we are both happy to work together. We discuss your parenting styles and beliefs, and we let you know all about our gentle but effective approach.
